By sharing your unique referral link and encouraging talented individuals to sign up, you can earn a commission for a set period on each referred creator’s earnings. This program is designed to support our community growth and help creators discover new opportunities on FanSpace.

How It Works

1. Obtain Your Referral Link

   Every FanSpace user has access to a personal referral link. You can find it under your account settings.

2. Share Your Link

   Invite friends, colleagues, or social media followers to join FanSpace by sharing your referral link. You must not impersonate FanSpace or run deceptive advertisements.

3. Registration

   The referred creator must click on your link and register for a creator account. Once their registration is successful, they become a “Referred Creator” associated with your account.

4. Earn a Commission

   For every Referred Creator, you will receive a 5 percent commission on their content earnings for the first 12 months. This commission is funded by FanSpace and does not reduce the Referred Creator’s income.

5. Payouts

   Commissions are calculated monthly and paid directly to your chosen payout method at the start of each month.

Eligibility

• You must have a valid FanSpace account that is not suspended or terminated.
• You must provide valid payment details for commission payouts.
• You must comply with our Terms of Service and all applicable tax regulations.

Sharing Your Referral Link

• When sharing your link, make sure you clearly present yourself as a FanSpace user, not as an official FanSpace representative.
• Do not use search engine ads or any form of misleading or prohibited marketing methods.
• Upon request, you may be required to disclose how you promote and distribute your referral link.

Important Notices

• Legal Compliance

  It is illegal for us or a participant in this Referral Program to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join. Avoid any statements that suggest guaranteed income or fast earnings.

• Earnings Disclaimer

  All commissions depend on the Referred Creator’s performance. FanSpace makes no promises regarding your potential earnings.

• Potential Review and Hold

  We reserve the right to review your account and referral activity. If we identify breaches of our Terms of Service or fraudulent activity, we may suspend or withhold commissions.

• Multiple Accounts

  Referral commissions will only apply to the first registered account of a Referred Creator. Creating multiple accounts to gain additional commissions is strictly prohibited.

• Commercial Relationships

  You are not eligible to earn commissions on any account that you own, operate, or control. This includes accounts owned by close partners or clients with whom you already have a direct commercial arrangement.

Commission Details

• Calculation Method

  You earn 5 percent of the net revenue from each Referred Creator’s paid content for the first 12 months after their registration date.

• No Commission Reductions

  The Referred Creator’s earnings are never affected. FanSpace covers the cost of the referral commission.

• Payment Timing

  Commissions for the previous month are transferred to you on or around the first day of each new month.

Right to Modify or End the Program

FanSpace may modify or terminate this Referral Program at any time, including changing commission rates or payment structures. However, any commission already accrued prior to the date of modification or termination remains payable under the program’s existing terms.

Cancellations and Refunds

While FanSpace does not charge any fees to participate in the Referral Program, if any separate paid service or subscription is involved, you have 14 days to cancel that service or subscription in accordance with consumer protection laws.
